Josue is an Elite Certified Personal Trainer with the International Sports Science Association and is a certified yoga instructor. In the last 9 years, Josue has incorporated targeted stretching routines with hundreds of clients to improve their mobility, to reduce any pain and to enhance their exercise performance. Josue’s approach or personalized care and evidence-based techniques aligns with StretchMed’s stretching protocols to help people move better.
Joey earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Fitness Management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. He enjoys strength training and traveling, and is passionate about promoting health and wellness. With a solid background in exercise science, Joey plans to further his education by pursuing a doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Jasmine is a licensed massage therapist, certified in 2016 by the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy. She is also a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. With advanced training in Thai massage, cupping, and myofascial release, Jasmine is passionate about helping her community move better, feel stronger, and live more purposefully.
Noah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences from Worcester State University. A former collegiate athlete and strength and conditioning coach at Nichols College, he is passionate about helping people achieve their goals. In his free time, Noah enjoys weight training and staying active through various sports.
Meng holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Rhode Island School of Design and is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor, having trained with Theresa Murphy and Cindy Boulter. She specializes in Yin, Restorative, and Myofascial Release, and is currently exploring Stott Pilates and the reformer. Meng is passionate about helping others live with more vitality, less stress, and a deeper sense of well-being.
